Reached out to Townes because we were having issues with our existing Septic Service provider. Townes responded to my inquiry within minutes, and a few e-mails later, they had me scheduled for service the very next business day. Chris arrived on site (super-nice, super-friendly), and despite having an access issue with my septic cover, he promptly pumped out my septic tank. When he was done, he updated me on some additional work that will need to be done, explained the billing process and away he went. I've come to truly value the small/family-owned businesses out there, and Townes has certainly earned my loyalty and continued business! Highly-recommend!
